Knuffolk is an independent handmade toy studio based in the Netherlands. All items are designed, sewn, carefully packed, and shipped by me from the Netherlands.

I ship worldwide using PostNL and DHL.
All orders are shipped with Track & Trace.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and package size.
Free shipping is available for orders over €150.
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees that may apply in their country. Knuffolk is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Knuffolk is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs authorities. However, if any issues arise, I am always happy to assist and help track your package.
