Knuffolk is a small handmade studio, and every item is created with care. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me and I will do my best to help.
Returns
I accept returns in the following cases:

The item arrives damaged or defective

You received the wrong item
To request a return, please contact me at knuffolk@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be shipped back within 30 days and must be in their original condition.
Non-returnable Items

Items that show signs of use or damage after delivery
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, I will notify you by email.
If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to my error (wrong or defective item).

If the return is due to my error, the return shipping cost will be covered by Knuffolk.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, I am happy to offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and item availability.
